Adding TrustistTransfer to Your Home Screen
This guide explains how to add TrustistTransfer to your phone's home screen so you can open it quickly, like an app.
TrustistTransfer runs in your web browser, but you can save it to your home screen for easier access.
Before You Start
Before you begin:
- Open TrustistTransfer on your phone
- Sign in if asked
- Make sure you are using the browser you normally use on your device
The steps are slightly different depending on whether you are using an iPhone, an Android phone with Chrome, or a Samsung phone using Samsung Internet.
iPhone or iPad Using Safari
Use Safari when adding TrustistTransfer to an iPhone or iPad home screen.
1. Open TrustistTransfer in Safari
Open Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
Go to TrustistTransfer and sign in if needed.
2. Open the Share Menu
Tap the Share button.
This is usually shown as a square with an arrow pointing upwards.
3. Add to Home Screen
Scroll down the menu and tap Add to Home Screen.
If you cannot see Add to Home Screen, scroll to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, and add Add to Home Screen to your options.
4. Confirm the Name
You will see the name that will appear under the icon.
You can leave this as TrustistTransfer, or shorten it if you prefer.
Tap Add.
5. Open TrustistTransfer from Your Home Screen
The TrustistTransfer icon will now appear on your iPhone or iPad home screen.
Tap the icon whenever you want to open TrustistTransfer.
Android Phone Using Google Chrome
Use these steps if you use Google Chrome on an Android phone.
1. Open TrustistTransfer in Chrome
Open Google Chrome on your phone.
Go to TrustistTransfer and sign in if needed.
2. Open the Chrome Menu
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Install the App
Tap Install app or Add to Home screen.
The wording can vary depending on your phone and browser version.
4. Confirm the Installation
Tap Install or Add when asked to confirm.
5. Open TrustistTransfer from Your Home Screen
The TrustistTransfer icon will now appear on your home screen or apps screen.
Tap the icon whenever you want to open TrustistTransfer.
Samsung Phone Using Samsung Internet
Use these steps if you use Samsung Internet on a Samsung phone.
Method 1: Use the Install Icon
Open TrustistTransfer in Samsung Internet.
If you see an install icon near the top of the screen, tap it.
The icon usually looks like a downward arrow inside a box.
Tap Install when asked to confirm.
TrustistTransfer will then be added to your apps screen or home screen.
Method 2: Use the Menu
Open TrustistTransfer in Samsung Internet.
Tap the menu button.
This is usually shown as three lines near the bottom-right of the screen.
Tap Add page to.
Then select Apps screen or Home screen, depending on the options shown on your phone.
Tap Install or Add to confirm.
Moving the Icon
Once the icon has been added, you can move it like any other app icon.
Press and hold the TrustistTransfer icon, then drag it to where you want it on your home screen.
Removing the Icon
If you no longer want TrustistTransfer on your home screen, press and hold the icon.
Then choose Remove, Delete, or Uninstall, depending on your phone.
This only removes the home screen shortcut. It does not close your TrustistTransfer account.
Troubleshooting
I Cannot See Add to Home Screen on iPhone or iPad
Make sure you are using Safari.
If the option is still missing, open the Share menu, scroll to the bottom, tap Edit Actions, and add Add to Home Screen.
I Cannot See Install App on Android
The option may be called Add to Home screen instead.
If you still cannot see it, check that you have opened TrustistTransfer in Chrome or Samsung Internet.
The Icon Opens in My Browser
This is normal. TrustistTransfer is a web app, so it opens through your browser or as an installed web app.
